CVM is an Ecuadorian agricultural company owned by Bernard Uhe and his coffee growing family in Colombia. CVM’s coffee growing operation includes Finca La Noria, Finca El Dorado, and Finca Eliza. Finca Sacapo is their newest and smallest farm. After harvesting, the cherries are placed on raised beds and turned a minimum of 3 times a day. They are dried to 10.5-11% moisture.
