Last year we launched our first dark roast with Creativa Coffee District dynamic cherry processed caturra. This year we are working with them again with a new shorter fermentation and a catuai varietal instead. The signature dynamic cherry still gives  an incredibly rich chocolate and salted caramel depth when brewed just as our first lot but with a hint of darker cherry notes this time.
