This success can be attributed to the village's high elevation, favorable climate, and nutrient-rich soils across 1 to 2-hectare plots, which also support the cultivation of various food crops. This late 2024 harvest from Solomon Hamiso is stunning, bursting with red grape highlights layered over classic big berry notes, all wrapped in a rich, creamy sweetness. It shines across all brew methods, but we especially love it as a light roast espresso — either on its own or with milk. Of course it still excels in all forms of pour over methods as well.
