Since then, the Mora Ortega family has continued this passion for coffee across three generations, with Gerson’s father, Álvaro Mora, being central to the expansion of the farm’s legacy. Villa Pastora not only honors the memory of its founder but also represents the hard work and dedication of the family, focusing on producing high-quality, differentiated coffees. Beneath the brightness, softer creamy layers emerge: sweet cantaloupe adds roundness to the profile, while a clean, tart cranberry finish keeps the cup crisp.
