Led by Zhu Xian’e, the cooperative began planting coffee in 2010, bringing together many smallholder families and steadily improving quality through shared training in pruning, fermentation and drying. Shade trees such as macadamia, camphor, golden nanmu and winter cherry create a rich, eco-friendly micro-climate and natural canopy.
